TENZI TopEfekt® TOTAL is a professional, strongly alkaline cleaning concentrate designed for thorough cleaning of hard and resilient floor coverings and for stripping old polymer and wax coatings.
The product effectively dissolves worn protective layers, including acrylic, polyurethane and wax-based coatings, and removes built-up soap residue. Ideal for preparing floors before applying a new protective or maintenance coat. The low-foaming formula allows the product to be used both by hand and with floor scrubbers.

Use and dilution:

Prepare a cleaning solution of suitable concentration and apply it evenly to the floor. Allow to act for a few minutes so that old protective coatings dissolve. If needed, work the surface with a brush or floor scrubber. Remove the dissolved dirt and coating residue and rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water
