TENZI TopEfekt STR is a professional, low-foaming alkaline cleaning concentrate designed for thorough cleaning of heavily soiled floors and for removing grease and oil stains from textile surfaces.
Ideal for cleaning PVC, linoleum, vinyl and resin floors. The product can also be used to remove grease stains from carpets, textile coverings and vehicle seats, especially truck seats. The low-foaming formula allows it to be used both manually and with cleaning machines.

Directions:
- Manual cleaning: 1–3% solution (10–30 ml / 1 L).
- Machine cleaning: 1–2% solution (10–20 ml / 1 L).
- Intensive cleaning: 2–5% solution (20–50 ml / 1 L).
Dilute the cleaning product with water according to the level of soiling and the cleaning method chosen. Apply the solution to the surface, work it in manually or with a cleaning machine, and rinse thoroughly with clean water
